Overview
Terahertz science and technology has the potential to impact a wide range of research fields. SapienzaTerahertz Laboratory is committed to advancing the state-of-the-art in terahertz technology and to developing new applications and techniques. Various interdisciplinary research fields are currently investigated:
- evaluation of the presence of pollutants and chemicals;
- non-invasive diagnostic for Cultural Heritage;
- identification of biological and biomedical compounds;
- investigations for agricultural and food safety control.
